AUT STEM Women Networking Event July 2026

The AUT STEM Women student club is thriving. Co-presidents Jocelle and Kelly Wotton are doing an excellent job in their leadership. This was evident at the July 2026 networking event where 75+ students gathered. Speed networking with many industry professionals, listening to the stories from 4 AUT alumni panellists and widening their social circle with their fellow students were the perfect combination of learning, networking and community building.

Our industry sponsors created invaluable opportunities for students to kōrero, build their professional networks, develop their confidence, and learn directly from experienced professionals. We are sincerely grateful for the time, expertise, and enthusiasm they invested in supporting the next generation of Women in STEM.

By sponsoring and participating in events like this, our industry partners play a vital role in creating pathways for women into STEM careers. Their support extends well beyond financial sponsorship – it reflects a genuine commitment to developing future talent and building a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
